• Improve your mental and physical health. Too often our physical health and fitness takes a backseat as our minds (mental-self) runs the show. By sorting out the mental juggling, issues of “If I do or say this – what will people think or say” you are free to focus on your physical health and work towards being physically healthier and fitter.
• Create a more secure identity for yourself – you no longer second guessing things you say and do because you are not a victim and therefore not worried about what people say or think about you. You are don’t nee to ask for permission, or selling yourself to the highest bidder for love, affection or approval.
• Have way more time to do the things you love to do. You have created freedom and more time by ending the mental gymnastics involved when you try to “people please”. Besides time, it has also taken huge amounts of energy to keep all this in place. Finally you are able to breathe, stretch and enjoy your life. Taking pleasure in the details you had to forego in the version of your busy, endlessly-running-circles lifestyle.
